    stack overflow (7)

While using IE i keep getting a stack overflow at line 873 message. What is the significance of this? What action, if any, do I need to take?

The most likely cause is bad programming on the website you are visiting (wouldn't happen to be the New York times would it?). You can ignore the error.

Thanks. Since I have the answer, how do I stop the post so no one answers it?

There is no need to "stop the post". Once people see your latest response they['ll know your problem has been solved.

You don't have to worry about that - users will read the discussion and conclude that they don't need to reply any more (or perhaps someone will have an alternative suggestion)

Since you solved the problem, it's always nice to post back just what the solution was.

Others may have or still have similar troubles and it would be good reference. <img src=/S/cheers.gif border=0 alt=cheers width=30 height=16>

Long ago, there was a time when men cursed and beat on the ground with sticks. It was called witchcraft.
    Today it is called golf!
