    Terminal Services (Server 2003 R2)

We use server 2003 and have 10 cals for ts. We need to a) release redundant ts licenses to free up capacity from client PC's no longer in use and purchase further ts licenses to allow for expansion. Having searched all we can find is ts licenses for server 2008.
Are the server 2008 ts compatible, if not any ideas where to to purchase further cals in the UK ?
    If they are compatible OK.
What can we do to free up unused licenses?

    Thanks in anticipation
