Rules question (Outlook 2003)

I get a lot of email from people with one @xyx.com address. Is there a way to set up a rule covering all those folks at once? I would move them to a special Inbox folder. TYIA

I followed the example but have run the rule a number of times, even closing and re-starting Outlook, yet the folder remains empty. It looks like the rule is running, but I get zip. I enterd an @ before the domain name, no luck.

Hmm, I hadn't tried it, but it doesn't work for me either... I'll see if I can find something else.

(Edited by jscher2000 on 11-Feb-09 23:18. Added an illustration.)
I recommend starting with a blank rule and choosing with specific words in the sender's address. The from rules usually do not work for me unless there is an exact match in the address book, which naturally is a problem in this case.

Jefferson's suggestion hits the nail on the head: start from a blank rule and specify the option to select messages with specific words in the sender's address.

It took some time to realize I was using the wrong condition and had to scroll down the checkbox list for what you indicated, but I got it. Thanks!
