    Merge files (2002 / V10)

Is there any way to merge data from Access into an Excel spreadsheet?

Yes, but how exactly depends on what you mean by merge. You can
    - Export data from an Access table or query to an Excel worksheet. This will create a new sheet with the name of the table/query or if there is already such a sheet, overwrite it.
    - Import data into Excel from an Access table or query. The data will by default be linked to the Access source.
    - Use code to import a recordset from Access into an existing worksheet in Excel.

I am attaching the Excel file I would like to merge information to from an Access database. The fields in yellow are those that would receive the data. I thought letting you take a look at it would be easier than trying to explain. Don't know if this will be enough for you or not.

You could use Date | Import External Data | New Database Query to import linked data from Access into a worksheet. The data will be in table format. You can then use formulas in the yellow cells on your worksheet that refer to cells in the linked table. The sheet with the linked table can be hidden, if you prefer.
