Cutomize Toolbar (office 97 SR2)

One of the users at work customizes his toolbars in Excel but every so often for no apparent reason it just reverts back to the standard toolbar settings, Any Ideas pleas

One likely cause is that the user has a workbook that contains a macro that changes or hides the tool bars without saving what was being displayed and then just resets everything back to the default toolbars.

He should have a *.xlb file. Try saving a copy elsewhere. When he loses the toolbars, have him copy the file back over the bad one. Frankly, I'm not sure this will work....
