    Suppress dialogue (2002)

    I am trying to File > Save as, over the top of an existing file. In code, I want to always answer yes to the dialogue "Do you want to replace it?". The macro recorder does not record this action. How can I achieve this?

    Above the SaveAs instruction:

    Application.DisplayAlerts = False

    and below it:

    Application.DisplayAlerts = True
