    Only by changing your desktop display settings unfortunately (it's the Tooltip settings). You can use a macro to add comments formatted the way you want though. I use this macro for example:
    Code:
    Sub AddMyComment()
    	Dim rngCell As Range
    	For Each rngCell In Selection
    		With rngCell
    			.AddComment "Rory: " & vbLf
    			With .Comment
    				With .Shape
    					With .TextFrame
    						.HorizontalAlignment = xlCenter
    						.VerticalAlignment = xlCenter
    						.ReadingOrder = xlContext
    						.AutoSize = False
    					End With ' .TextFrame
    					With .Fill
    						.Visible = msoTrue
    						.Solid
    						.ForeColor.SchemeColor = 47
    						.Transparency = 0#
    					End With ' .Fill
    					With .Line
    						.Weight = 0.75
    						.DashStyle = msoLineSolid
    						.Style = msoLineSingle
    						.Transparency = 0#
    						.Visible = msoTrue
    						.ForeColor.SchemeColor = 53
    						.BackColor.RGB = RGB(255, 255, 255)
    					End With ' .Line
    					.AutoShapeType = msoShapeRoundedRectangle
    				End With ' .Shape
    				.Visible = True
    			End With ' .Comment
    		End With ' rngCell
    	Next rngCell
    End Sub
