    Changing Open Dialogue (XP)

Is there a way to change the locations, shown on the left, when one opens the "open dialogue" and other dialogues? I would like to customize this in both Word & Excel.

Search the lounge for earlier comments on placebar or places bar.

    Hi tribeca,

Office XP has a built-in method to change this. Navigate to the folder you wish to add and then select the Tools menu/drop down and select "Add to My Places"
