    Filtering Query When Started (97)

I have a numeric field in a query that has values of 1, 2, or 3. I would like the option of showing only the 1's, 2's, 3's, or all of them without using multiple queries.

I figured out that if I enter "[Enter Number]" in the Criteria field, it will prompt me and let me enter a 1, 2, or 3 and only show those records. However, I cannot figure out how to display all of the fields with this critera. I tried entering "?" and "*" without luck.

    Is this possible?

Use "Like" before your [Enter Number] statement.

If you want to show them all use: Like [Enter Number ] & "*"
Do not enter a number in the parameter window when it displays. Just click Enter, you will see them all.
