Help Software with Outlook (Outlook 2000 SR 1)
Some months ago we downloaded the helpdesk software from Microsoft's site. This has been working fine until last week.
Users can still the form and send it. It lands in the Help Desk folder. But when the post is opened in the Help Desk folder a VBScript msgbox open with "This form will not work correctly because it is not being opened from the Help Desk Folder". As no one here really understands the scripting, this has not been altered (they would not know where to look).
Has anyone else used this software? What could change to get the message to appear?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, what third party Help Desk software is available? What are some really good ones?
Thanks and regards

I have found an answer to this problem. I read article http://groups.yahoo.com/group/outlook-dev/message/10050, which lists some tips on the help desk.
Someone must have moved one of the folders to a lower level. I moved the "Assigned Task Folder" up to the same level as the "Help Desk" folder and it now works.
I would still be interested in hearing about any third party software companies are using for their help desk.
