We are running MSO 2003 on WXpHeSp2. When I import our Contacts into a new Access table the Categories are missing. Can anyone enlighten me as to why this happens please?

Is Access talking directly to Outlook, or are you first exporting your Contacts to an intermediate format? Assuming the latter, if you check that file in a text editor or Excel, is the category data in there? If not, then it would be Outlook's fault, or more specifically, either a lack of support for that column or an incomplete export specification. Perhaps there is another export format that would work better... which one(s) have you tried?
