I want to send a message to a large group of people at work but would rather not take any responses. Is there a way to do this in Outlook?

You can set the Options on a message to have a different reply address, if you want someone else to receive the responses. I'm not sure there is any "good" way to prevent any response at all (without using a fictitious reply address).

If you enter a unique subject you could create a rule to delete any e-mails that have that subject.

You'd better make sure that your email warns folks not to reply, for if they do, their messages won't be read.
