Does anyone have a quick & easy method for deleting extra blank lines in a document? perhaps a macro.....? <img src=/S/angel.gif border=0 alt=angel width=15 height=21>

Assuming the lines end in paragraph markers a replace all of ^p^p with ^p will do the trick. If they are manual line breaks then ^l^l (lower case L) to ^l will do it.

Also, assuming that what you are editing has come from a web page or email, try the Format - AutoFormat wizard set for email. This is the only thing I use AutoFormat for, but it generally makes things better. Also, you can undo it.
