    Hi there,

I once again can't find any answers, but am fairly confident someone here will know how to do this..

I'd like to open my 'Clients' form, which contains an 'orders' subform, but I'd like to filter those records by referencing the 'Invoice Due' date field in the Orders Subform...does anyone know how to do this? I've tried a few things but all I get is a variety of errors.

So, in the end I'd like to see which Clients orders are due on todays date.

If you can help, thanks loads!

    Joe

Create a query with the Clients ID from the order table where the due date is today. Something like this :
SELECT Clientid FROM OrderTable WHERE DueDate=Date()

Then take the recordsource of the form and add the new query to select the clients. Something like this :
    SELECT ClientsTable.ClientID, ClientsTable.ClientName.......FROM NewQuery LEFT JOIN ClientsTable ON NewQuery.ClientID = ClientsTable.ClientID

Use this query for the Clients Form.
