I have a named drop down list in my workbook that connects to a number of worksheets. I've added more information to the worksheet containing the list and now I need to expand the cells that are included in the list. I've searched the help info using 'list', 'drop down list', 'tag'. I don't know if I can't find the information because I'm searching the wrong term or if it can't be done.

Since I couldn't find that solution I thought I'd just delete the tag and re-name the list. Can't figure that one out either! I used to know how to do/find this stuff in 2003.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Cheers,
    Mary

You can redefine a named range:
Activate the Formulas tab on the ribbon.
In the Defined Names group, click Name Manager.
Select the name and click Edit...
You can now change the Refers To range.
