    Hi,

In the sample screenshot you will see that the pivot displays F and NF for Apr and May, but not the other months. Is there a way to have Jan Feb and Mar to also display the F category, even though there is no data for it? The table needs to be structured this way for clarity and reporting purposes.

    Rudi:

Using the Pivot Table Toolbar, Select Field Settings, Make sure you have the Filed "Task". At the bottom of the Dialog Box there is an box to check that says "Show items wiht no data" make sure that box is checked. This should give you the NF and F for all months.
