Following a long dry spell, we had a downpour last night. This morning we found (what we guess must be) some frogs eggs on the wet concrete. They're gelatinous soft spheres, transparent in the air, but appearing to contain a green nucleus when submerged in water.

We'd like to raise these (as our own) but don't know what sort of habitat to provide. Any frog experts out there?

But then thinking again I've seen it just appearing in our local ponds, which is correct for the time of year (Spring) here. Surely you're out of season in Australia? Maybe it's not frogspawn?

You could always check out your very own Frogs Australia Network - including the helpful looking Creating a Frog Habitat!

(I couldn't see any sign of a Frog IKEA though...)
