I'm having a little problem with an additional monitor I attached to my Toshiba laptop. I set the "Extend my Windows desktop" and thought I was cool, I dragged the control panel over to the alternate monitor with no problems. But none of my MS Office apps will drag over. What don't I understand?

The most common reason for this is that you are trying to drag a maximized window. Try making the window smaller than the whole screen and trying again.
