HELP. Recently I developed a problem with my emails in that eg, if I try to move an email between folders using the Move to Folder or the Copy to Folder they simply disappear into thin air. Any suggestions what might have gone haywire please? SF

What e-mail client software are you using? Do you have any anti-spam product?

Hi Joe. I am using Outlook Express and as far as I know my computer does not have an anti spam product running, some time ago I downloaded AdAware 2007 but to be quite honest I don't know if it is either up to date or running. SORRY if that sounds irresponsible on my part but there you are. Thankfully I get very little spam so I was of the opinion that something must be doing it's job. Yes, I do get the occasional one that touts pharmaceutical products but I simply block each one that gets through. Regards SF
ps Sorry I should have have known better than to omit stating what e-mail client I am using.
