    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

We need a bit more info, please. Which operating system are you running? If you can tackle it, a screenshot of the blocking screen would be helpful.

    Welcome to the Lounge!

Where does this occur? Some employers, schools etc. don't allow users to install software themselves, and trying to circumvent that could get you into trouble.

For others reading this: this topic is about the utility Install Block from Bash Software.

I believe Hans is correct on this one since I don't recognize that screenshot, nor do I know the name of the program being blocked.

Is this computer at your work place or school or some such, as Hans opined? If so, your "Net Watchers" would need to answer this one.
