    In either or both 2003 2007 can I have the content of the notes field show up under the line giving the event title. In month view, a two hour meeting could display several lines of text, such as attendees, agenda items, things to remember to take.....

    This would be useful in week view and daily view as well but I could not see how to do it.

    Only in the Day or Work Week view if you select View | Arrange By | Current View | Day/Week/Month View with AutoPreview.
    The amount of information displayed depends on the available space, i.e. on the duration of the appointment.

    Weekly and monthly views display only one line per appointment, as far as I know.

    I also see that the monthly view sometimes doesn't show all the entries for a given day, the square space being too small, and a little arrow appears as if to say 'more' which is useful.
