    How do you get the two column Calendar view in Outlook 2007?

    You know, two columns, Saturday and Sunday are squashed into one box and you can see all the day's and week's appointments at a glance.

    I've looked for the answer bit not succeeded in finding it.

    It's gone (but not forgotten); the new option to overlay calendars in Outlook 2007 didn't play nicely with the two-column weekly format.
