    Hi

    I'm using 3 Combo's cascading. 1 & 2 work fine, 3 doesn't and can't see the problem...
    Can someone help with this ?

    Combo0:
    SELECT qryEmpSearch.TXN_DTE FROM qryEmpSearch GROUP BY qryEmpSearch.TXN_DTE ORDER BY qryEmpSearch.TXN_DTE;

    Combo2:
    SELECT qryEmpSearch.NME, qryEmpSearch.INI, qryEmpSearch.TXN_DTE, qryEmpSearch.EMP_CDE FROM qryEmpSearch GROUP BY qryEmpSearch.NME, qryEmpSearch.INI, qryEmpSearch.TXN_DTE, qryEmpSearch.EMP_CDE HAVING (((qryEmpSearch.TXN_DTE)=Forms!Form1!Combo0));

    Combo4:
    SELECT qryEmpSearch.EMP_CDE, qryEmpSearch.JOB_NO FROM qryEmpSearch WHERE (((qryEmpSearch.EMP_CDE)=[Forms]![Form1]![Combo2]));

    This has got to be something really simple, ages since I did this kind of thing.

    Hi Dave,

    EMP_CDE is not the first column in Combo2, but the fourth column.

    Option 1: set the Bound Column of Combo2 to 4.

    - or -

    Option 2: make EMP_CDE the first column in Combo2.
