    Hi All,
I have a form which for the most part contains read-only information. Along with that, I have the allow edits property set to no on the form. There is a new option group I added to the form which allows the user to run a report based on the form data. How can I make the radio buttons available for editing without enabling the entire form?

    Thanks,
    Mark

Set the Allow Edits property to Yes and the Recordset property to Snapshot. This will disallow editing, adding new records and deleting existing records, but leave unbound controls enabled.

Another option is to leave Recordset set to Dynaset, and to set the Locked property to Yes for all bound controls.

Thanks Hans! I will try the snapshot approach.
