    Hi All,

I have a form that has 3 combo boxes. All have row source type set to "value list". All have the same row source values. I know this can be done if the row source type is a table/query, but how about if set to "value list"?

My question is: can these be made to cascade based on selection in box above? (ie. i don't want value selected in combo 1 to appear in combo 2 or 3).

    Many Thanks,

    Van

You'd have to use code to rewrite the value list of the second combo box in the After Update event of the first one, and that of the third one in the After Update event of the second one.

I'd create a small table to store the values, and use that instead of the value list. You can then use queries or SQL statements as row source for the combo boxes.
