I would like to use the "Send to Mail Recipient as attachment" and "Mail recipient" icons on the standard bar but they are not there unless I right click on the standard bar and click on customize.

That is when the two icons appear, but i cannot use them while the customize window is opened.

I am trying to send an e mail to some one of a form that I created using excel but seem to be having a rough time trying to do that.

    Excel 2000.

    Please reply.

They are not "missing" they are just not there by default.

While in the "Customize" menu and you can see them, drag them to a place on the a toolbar of your choice. Then they will always be there to use

    Thanks Steve For your reply.

I opened customized and dragged the two icons to every tool bar that I have and on some of them when the customized window was closed the icons disappeared or they were grayed out and could not be used.

    See Attachment.

Steve, before you do any unnecessary research for me let me install the Outlook E mail.
I have a feeling that is what is stopping me from doing what I need to do.

    Will get back to you.
