My wife works for a travel accomodation website. Recently she had a complaint from holidaymakers at one site claiming a refund, as the property was haunted, causing the holidaymakers to have to move out after the first night. It went to the small claims tribunal, where it was thrown out.

And much more recently, someone had booked a holiday in Victoria- the property was destroyed in the bushfires, and less than a week later, they left adverse comments on the website that they had not been given a refund. The property owener was most gracious in asking that they have a chance to get their own lives together, and was waiting for the insurance claim to be paid before they had any money for the refund.

This one: "There are too many Spanish people. The receptionist speaks Spanish. The food is Spanish. Too many foreigners." would have been ridiculous had they not been talking about Cornwall!
