I was monitoring registry changes when installing a new app and noticed a rather large (248KB) key value had changed to:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Security\AntiPhishing\B3BB5BBA-E7D5-40AB-A041-A5B1C0B26C8F] "UserFile"=hex:01,00,00,00,d0,8c,9d,df,01,15,d1,11,8c,7a,00,c0,4f,c2,97,eb,01,\ 00,00,00,57,8a,14,66,27,4c,4f,49,bc,a8,bf,9b,99,54,d7,62,00,00,00,00,24,00,\ 00,00,53,00,6d,00,61,00,72,00,74,00,53,00,63,00,72,00,65,00,65,00,6e,00,20,\ ... plus another 3159 lines
I'm totally ignorant of how this antiphishing stuff operates.
