I've been asked to include a PDF of a presentation in a wrap up report. This report summarizes the details of a 2 day meeting that centered around the presentation.

The presentation contains about 25 links to other documents. I'm wondering if there is a setting that would cause PowerPoint to include these links when it generates the PDF.

I'm using PPT 2002 and Acrobat 9 on Win XP.

Perhaps if I added bookmarks to my links?

In the Settings tab of the PDFMaker add-in for PowerPoint, there's a check box "Add Links". Even if you don't tick this, users with Adobe Reader can tick "Create links from URLs" in the General tab of the Preferences dialog - this will turn URL's into hyperlinks even if they're not saved as links in the PDF file.
