OK, It's already AFD / PDA in the antipodes. Has anyone been Conflicted, or seen reports on others in Conflict?

Posting this here rather than on Computer Security, because this post/thread won't be archived!

btw - I'm tempted to avoid logging on tomorrow (meaning 1 April) morning, until I've heard the BBC.

No Problems here in the Antipodes ... but then we are sensible people who follow good advice about our digital hygiene (Thanks Woody and thanks to the Windows Secrets Newsletter)

We have all been requested to turn up at 7.00am to ensure all systems are go. It will probably mean sitting in the cafe around the corner munching bacon rolls and coffee and get called in if so required

OK Now you're making me hungry. It's 9.40 am and I had breakfast at 6.30 ... time for a coffee or something.

But I will forget the bacon roll. The non joggers in the office eat them and it shows! After my cycling holiday my weight is down and continuing on that track. I might leave the bacon roll for a celebratory token when I get to the number of kilos that I would prefer to see on the scales.

I've always found that if I want to see the weight on the scales be the weight I prefer, I need to stand off to the side and load on the correct weight to the scale and then take a look and leave the room.

If I want to see the weight on the scale, period, I have to step off first and then turn it back on with my foot to get the most recent reading!

That's why I bought a new electronic scale with storage! I'm making headway though - I'm down from 220 pounds to 209 and eating (mostly) Lean Cuisine TV dinners.

So how was the early morning start?? Worth the effort or another fizzer? Aside from the coffee and bacon rolls, of course.

I ran a ultramarathon last week and from the time I woke up, doing the race and coming home I lost a total of 7 pounds

Two days after that I ate like a very, very hungry bear

That reminds me of a swim training session some years ago where we spent the better part of the hour doing 'fifties on the fifty'.

Lived in the fridge the next day!

(Wish I could still do that ... not live in the fridge, but the fifties)
