    Hi

I have set up some follow-up reminders on some of my e-mail with red & green flags. The problem is that I don't get the pop-up for the reminder (I am sure it used to work in the past but can't swear by it). I tried it on my collegues machine and it works fine. So, I am wondering, is there some other option I have unset/set by mistake. BTW: I still get the normal pop-up for mail received in my Inbox.

I would be grateful, if someone can shed some light on this please.

EDIT: Forgot to mention this is Outlook 2003 SP3
    Thanks.

Have you tried starting Outlook with the /cleanreminders switch? This will clear and then regenerate all your reminders.

Thanks for the response Joe. Outlook starts automatically when I switch on my PC at work. I don't have control over how it is loaded. I have restarted my PC several times just to make sure but to no avail. Perhaps, there is a setting somewhere that disables the pop-up for follow-up reminders :-(.
    Thanks.
