    Hi,

    I have a form that has two combo boxes that are unbound. When the user hits the save button I want the information that they previously chose in the combo box to clear and the box to me empty. I've tried

    isnull (me.cmbSelect) but nothing happens and I tried

    me.cmbSelect = isnull

    but I get an error. What am I missing?

    Thanks,
    Leesha

    Try

    me.cmbSelect = Null

    The IsNull function is used to test whether the value of a control is null, for example:
    Code:
    If IsNull(me.cmbSelect) Then
      MsgBox "You have left the combo box empty!"
    End If
    You can't use IsNull to SET the value of a control.
