Is there a way to correct all error at one time rather than having to correct each one individualy?

For example, a number that is entered as text. Excel will convert it to a number, but one at a time.

    Thanks

If you select a range of cells containing numbers stored as text, you can select Convert to Number from the smart tag dropdown to convert all values at once.

another way is to use the Replace feature in Edit from the Tool bar
in the Find what, type ' and click replace all

Thank to you both. I thought there should be a way, just had not figured it out yet.
