Don't know if anyone has come across this, or knows where i might look...

I have a long standing database running on our server. the Back end is on the server, along with the mdw file.
The front end sits on every persons PC.
Everyone is hooked into the mdw file with a shortcut., along the lines of:-

    "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\MSACCESS.EXE" "C:\{MyPath}\FrontEnd.mdb" /wrkgrp "S:\Document Library\system.mdw" /user TL /pwd TL

So S is the server. and TL is just a general group set up in the mdw, to allow access.

One particular person, using a PC, gets an error message ''User 'TL';in use"
and cannot do what other people (on the same PC), can do.

I moved the frontend to an a local area on the PC, so i know that that side of it works ok.
On the PC, logged in as the person with the problem, i can view all the appropriate files on the S: Drive.

I can come back to my PC, and log in with the string above, no problem.

    I'm Stumped.

Check whether a stray .ldb file has been left behind on the problem user's PC.
If so, delete the .ldb file and try again.
