How can I get to the Wallpaper files without right clicking on the desktop or
going to the start menu? (I have lost all my Icons,Start Menu and Quick Launch
    on the desktop.)

You can use Windows key+E to start Windows Explorer (or just press and release the Windows key to open the Start menu).
The wallpaper file that is currently in use can be in several locations, depending on how you created it. The "default" location is

    C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft

The collection of wallpapers offered by default comes from several folders.
