    Hi
I have a crosstab query ranging through Jan, Feb, Mar etc etc.
The labels read as above but would like the year adding also.
So instead of the report showing "mmm" Jan, I would like "mmm-yy" Jan - 09

I tried adding the yy part but the report didn't show any of the data.
I've added a snippet of the query in design.

    Hi Dave,

Try the following expression for the column header:

    [F_DTE]-Day([F_DTE])+1

and set the format property of this field to mmm-yy

Hi Hans, thanks for editing the attachment ( trying to get used to the new site)

I have used the following for the column header:

    Expr1: [F_DTE]-Day([F_DTE])+1

Comes back with expression too complex ! what am I doing wrong?

Are there records for which F_DTE is null (blank)?

Not as far as I can see ?

The report uses qryEST_Crosstab which has qryEST underlying.
I've attached them just in case.

If you change the definition of the column header field, you must clear the Column Headings property of the crosstab query, for the list

    "Jan", "Feb", ...

    won't be valid any more.
