    Microsoft has released its latest Security Intelligence Report, covering the period July-December 2008. Among other highlights, you can see the significantly higher infection rates for Windows XP systems that have not be updated to SP3. Happily, Vista users have lower infection rates than XP users, so some progress is being made in making Windows less vulnerable to attacks.
