Hello. PowerPoint 2003 has a Revisions toolbar, although it doesn't seem to do anything. How does this work? Thanks, Andy.

The PowerPoint 2003 reviewing toolbar allows you to add, edit and delete comments, and to go to the next and previous comments.

Thank you for your response, although I am referring to the "Revisions" toolbar. Andy.

    Sorry, I misunderstood.

The revisions toolbar is normally used after you send a presentation for review with File > Send To > Mail Recipient for Review, but you can use it with Tools > Compare and Merge documents.
