How may I split my screen with one pane showing one worksheet and another pane showing another worksheet?
    Thanks in advance.

    Select one of the worksheets

    Window - New Window

Then shrink the 2 panes to the sizes you want and in one of them select the other window

You can't do that with panes.

Select Window | New Window to open a second window on the active workbook.
Then select Window | Arrange... and tick the check box "Windows of active workbook" in the dialog that appears.
You can activate different worksheets in the different windows.
