Does your installation of Office include Outlook 2007? If not, for example, if you have the Home/Student edition, you might need to re-run the installer and add a component, or you might need to make some registry edits.

Run your 2007 Home and Student edition CD and choose the option to add specific components. Although there is no option to install Outlook, you should have an option to install MAPI handlers. The MAPI handler needs to be present before Word can "send to Email recipient".

For the registry edits, see Method #2 in The "E-mail" command is missing or is unavailable in Excel 2007, in PowerPoint 2007, or in Word 2007 (MSKB 918792).

    Does that help?
