I have a standard pivot form that is designed to always start from the same point via copying a saved version and using it for working then deleting it after the work session and starting fresh the next time. All works exactly as I want, except that I have full menus, etc all turned off in the startup options to prevent users from doing naughty things by accident.

The trouble is, they need those menus in order to have access to the field list which is crucial for this excercise to work. Can I turn these menus on programmatically and if so, what is the syntax for doing this?

I solved this one by creating a custom toolbar with the items I want and showing it only when the pivot table is open.
