Hello everyone. I'm in a bind as I haven't been able to find an answer to an issue i'm having.

I need to enter signature lines to the bottom of a document.

    1. I need them to not move if the body of the document is edited.
    2. I can't use the FOOTER as I have items in the footer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you,

You can set the position of the line to be "relative to page" or "relative to margin".

In Word 2003 you use Format > Autoshape > Layout > Advanced > Picture Position
and set the horizontal and vertical position to be "Relative to page"
