My Friend Kinshasa got this message (see attached screenshot) today and though I was able to delete the second & third items, the first one would not neither would it respond when the "Remove all unhealed infections" tab was clicked. How can he deal with this please? Regards SF

What does the text in the Result column say? It's truncated in your screenshot ("Moved to virus ...")

Hello Hans..... I'm sorry I can't elaborate on that abbreviate message, because Kinshasa has 2003 installed he has Photo Manager as his editing package which I -unfortunately- am not familiar with so I simply copied it into a Word doc and sent it to my computer. Thanks to information given on this great forum (despite me recently having 2003 installed) I was able to extract Photo Editor from the 2000 disc thus was able to doctor the said screen shot so it met lounge criteria. I assume the truncated message could be "Moved to virus vault" but am not sure. I will maybe phone him tomorrow night and ask him if the warning still appears on screen then perhaps we can take it from there. I'm afraid despite advice on this site I was regretably unable to restore the sound on his computer so had to resort to the shop where he bought it and the engineer told me he had great difficulty sorting it out so it's no wonder I failed despite having installed Driver Max. I tried my uttermost to save him 20 but it was all to no avail, will bring you up to date when I know more. Thanks again Dave.

    Hi Dave.

It is very likely that the file has been moved to the AV quarantine vault. Tell your friend to open the AV program and find the quarantine vault. Open it and they should be given the option to delete it from there. Quick and easy.

Hello Doc..... Thanks again....I will phone Kinshasa tonight and try to talk him through the process.....I'm afraid my knowledge of this stuff is rather scant by the standards of you guys but his is even less so it's a little bit like "The blind leading the blind" but I'll give it a go and send some feed-back. Does seem somewhat strange though that clicking on the
" Remove all unhealed infections" tab does nothing! Regards Dave.

Somewhat off topic, if by "met Lounge criteria" you mean reducing in size, you no longer have to do that as our new software will thumbnail it for the post and users can click on the thumbnail to see a larger, more readable image.

Of course, cropping the image as you seem to have done DOES help leave out unnecessary screen territory.
