I can't help with your query, but do you have a problem with your keyboard by some chance?

Have you tried either ShellExView - Shell Extension Manager For Windows or ShellMenuView - Disable/enable context menu items of Explorer?

Joe, both of these seem to address the management of items already established by software installs etc.

    Thanks,
    Chuck
