[CJ910]

When I start up my computer it takes me to the login page as it should. The problem is when I type in the password it attemps to login...but logs my right back off. I have tried safe mode and it does not work. Both accounts on the computer has Admin rights, and both have same problem. I can do nothing but look at the login screen. The day before this happen I got a message that said "TrojanHorseDownloader.Generic8.AHRV" I need help ASAP because this is our office computer.

If you can't even Login in Safe Mode, I suspect you really have your work cut out.

One method you could try is featured at eHow - see the comment at the end of step one and go straight to step 6.

I just finished cleaning out a serious trojan problem for a client whose system would not boot to the desktop. It took me several days and involved removing the HD and slaving it to another computer to remove the "bugs" and then replacing an infected file that was removed during the cleaning to get the system to boot up. Then it had to be cleaned up a bit more by installing the program Malwarebytes on that system and removing many of the same infections again that had been removed when it was connected to my system because these "things" keep recreating themselves.

Your best bet is to go to Bleepingcomputer.com and post your problem there (follow all posting guidelines) and wait for one of their experts to pickup your thread (it could take a couple days but will likely be addressed in less than 24 hours) and walk you through the steps and programs you will need to cleanup the mess you've got.

If it is a business computer, then you must beware of any local shops that may say they can clean it, but may in fact simply format the drive and reinstall Windows, thus costing you all your data unless you have good, current backups (you do, don't you ??).
