    I would guess it has been designed for use as a wheelbarrow or a trailer - and/or for going over soft ground where two wheels would be necessary.

    And the price on the 10 cubic foot models (which this one looks like) is way up there at approximately $300 bucks!

    Actually, at Home Depot you can get this for $124.95. Not sure if the bedding is extra

    Home Depot doesn't seem to like your link. I think it's because you have to enter a zip code to get more or less local info.

    When I do that from their top level page and then search "wheelbarrow", I do see the one you're talking about. It's an 8 cu/ft model however.
