In My Recent Documents on the start menu, if I hover the mouse above a document name, it shows the location only as being My Documents. My recollection is that my work computer shows the whole path to the document, which would be more useful.

Is there a way of changing that behaviour?

On my PC, the full path is shown for files that are stored outside My Documents. Perhaps you store most of your files elsewhere at work?

Right. I have just opened a document that is not in My Documents, and now its full path is shown.

Is there a way to make it do that within My Documents as well? I have a lot of subfolders there and if it identified which one the document was in, that would be helpful.

I don't think so, but hopefully someone will prove me wrong.
