    Freeze Pane (Project 2000)

Can Project Freeze panes like EXCEL can?
I always want my task to show no matter how far to the right I may wander.

The only solution I seem to find in HELP is to make it LOCK FIRST COLUMN. I
don't want that - I may want to edit the task itself

Any of the spreadsheet/table type of views - Gantt, Tracking Gantt, Resource Sheet, etc.

I don't believe it's possible to Freeze more than one column of data, but it is possible to change which column is frozen. If you go to View>Tables>More Tables - select the table you want to modify - >Edit. You'll see that you can choose to lock the first column. Insert a different column as the first column.
