Does anyone have an answer to the constant problem?

    It also happens with Mozilla.

It is frustrating and I can not solve it.

I've been running Firefox for several years and I only encounter severe crashes on a few sites very occasionally. However, when it happens, it usually is repeatable on that site because it is related to the page coding or use of plugins.

Do you have the latest version of Firefox (3.0.10 at http://www.mozilla.com/)?

Are you having problems with a particular site or type of media?

Hmmm... She said Netscape, so I thought of this: Netscape Archive, in which version 7.2 is pretty "downlevel" from the latest.

Big Al------I am sure you are aware that there is no longer support for Netscape. therefore 7.2 is the only version I have. Netscape 7 did not have the email client.

I have the latest version of Firefox.

    Thanks for your reply.
