I have two charts, and I want to combine the them. I could either create a new chart with the infomation from both charts present, or I could expand the 2nd of the two charts, adding the graph results and legend labels from the 1st chart into the second chart.

Which process would be easiest, and what steps would I follow?

    Thanks.

Depending on the layout of the source data, you could add the source data of the first chart to the second chart (or vice versa):
    - Click on the second chart.
    - Select Chart | Add Data... (in Excel 97-2003, I don't know the equivalent in Excel 2007)
    - Point to the source data for the first chart.
    - Click OK.
